Air China is offering another round of mileage incentives for online transactions to thank PhoenixMiles members for their continued support. This campaign is exclusively for PhoenixMiles members.

Campaign Dates: March 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012

Guidelines for Air China International Portals:
Go to www.airchina.com and select “international portals”, including Hong Kong and Taiwan. Members who purchase tickets in categories L, K, H, M, B, Y, W, J, Z, D, C, A or E and P qualify for a mileage bonus.

Note: Category W has been upgraded to Superior Economy Class for some flights. Please contact Air China or an Air China ticket office for details.

Short-haul trips include:
Trips between Mainland China and the following countries and regions, excluding the segments within Mainland China: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Mongolia, India, Nepal, Pakistan, UAE (United Arab Emirates), Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.

Long-haul trips include:
All other flight segments except the ones listed above as short-haul trips and all domestic routes within Mainland China.

Each mileage bonus will be determined on the basis of the flight segments and categories shown in the table. Only the original itineraries booked and purchased on the website qualify for bonus mileage awards. Upgrade fees and reservation adjustment fees are not included.

Bonus miles will be credited to members’ PhoenixMiles accounts before the 10th day of the next calendar month following the date that the qualifying ticket was issued.

If passengers make changes to or refund their tickets, the bonus mileage award will be deducted from their account on the 10th day of the next calendar month following the change or refund.

To request missing mileage credit, please contact a local Air China sales office and provide them with the flight number, ticket number and date of qualifying travel.

Campaign Guidelines:

• Bonus mileage will be awarded after the tickets are ordered and paid for on Air China’s websites.
• The passenger name must match the name shown on the associated PhoenixMiles account.
• Only flights serviced by Air China are involved in the campaign.  Code-share flights do not qualify for bonus mileage.
• Please enter your PhoenixMiles account number during the ticket purchase process to ensure that the bonus mileage will be credited to the right account.
• Mileage bonus awards cannot be used to upgrade membership status.
• Non-PhoenixMiles passengers are invited to sign up and participate in the campaign, but tickets purchased prior to becoming a PhoenixMiles member do not qualify for bonus mileage awards.
• Infant tickets do not qualify for bonus mileage awards.
